Each studio features professional dance flooring, full-length mirrors, ballet barres, and a sound system — creating a welcoming environment suited to a wide range of activities.

Rental Rate: $100 per hour, per studio

Before You Book

• Reservations only — all rentals must be scheduled and approved in advance based on availability and the planned activity.
• All requests are subject to approval at our sole discretion.
• Drop-in or walk-in rentals are not available.

To Confirm Your Reservation

• A signed Waiver of Liability is required.
• Full payment is due in advance.

During Your Rental

• Staff may be present in the building for the full duration of your rental.
• Access begins 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for setup.
• Access ends 15 minutes after your scheduled time for cleanup and departure.

Leaving the Studio

• Please leave the space as clean as you found it.
• Vacate promptly at the end of your access period.
