If you've never tried Pole Dancing before,
the time is NOW!  Close to home in Valparaiso, IN!

Are you tired of your usual workout routine?
Are you looking for something new and exciting to try?
Something that would make you feel great and sexy?

THEN POLE DANCING IS FOR YOU!!
It has been featured on Oprah, 20/20, Conan O’Brien, The View as well as other popular television shows.  Pole dancing is an artform that has moved out of the clubs and into
many homes and dance studios worldwide.

The origin of pole dancing in America has been dated back to the depression at carnivals and circus shows in the 1930's.  The show girls would dance around the tent poles as
part of their act.  Pole dancing became popular in gentleman's clubs in the 1980's.  Many of the pioneer pole dancers developed the concept of pole dance classes for everyday
women.  Today, pole dancing is growing as the new workout routine for women to become empowered by the strength and beauty of their bodies.  Pole dancing is an
interpretive dance that is a way for women to express themselves.  Pole dancing incorporates many of these traditional forms of dance: Middle Eastern Belly Dancing, Hawaiian,
Tahitian, Burlesque, Modern, Latin, gymnastics, and Ballet.

Pole dancing requires a tremendous amount of strength and endurance.  It requires a lot of upper and lower body strength which has led to the current fitness trend.  Currently,
pole dance instructors from all over the world are uniting to form the International Pole Federation.  Through the IPF, pole dance moves will be standardized for safety and
uniformity. Instructors will have a network for learning and certification.  Who knows...you may see pole dancing in the Olympics someday.
It's fun for women of all ages!!!
(must be 18 years or older)!!!!

*** WARNING!!!   POLE DANCING is addictive. ***

Pole dancing works to improve fitness levels in all areas.

Each session taught by our instructors is safe, effective
and well balanced in terms of:
  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Motor skills and flexibility.

In real terms this means you will achieve positive
benefits in enhancing :
  • Muscle tone and strength

As with any form of exercise the body produces an
increased supply of endorphins, which lead to an
improved feeling of well being. And due to the feeling of
