Class Registration: new member signup & member account management

Login to our customer portal: use the special link at the top-right of any page.
Once there, you can manage most aspects of your membership including:
- update contact information
- change billing information
- make a payment
- register for available classes
- view student info: absences & make-ups, schedules & skills, etc.
- update your emergency contact info
- update medical information
- view recent statements
- view current policies
With our customer portal, you can just about do it all!
The first time you login using this system, click on "I don't know my portal
password", and you will be prompted to enter one of your email addresses you
listed when you registered. A password will be sent to this email address,
which you can then use to login.
For your future logins: simply click on top-right link ("customer login")
Note: the above login is for customers who have already registered using a
valid email address (on left, see: "Online Registration for New Members")...
To register your "family" for the first time, even if it is just yourself, click this link...

Note: If this link does NOT open a new
registration window, you may need to disable
your pop-up blocker.
The registration window should look like the

Complete the registration form ...
(Noting the "required fields", indicated by the red asterisk ( * )

The example window at left shows key fields to complete in
red...
Red Arrow fields:
1 - How did you here about us? Please tell us how you first
heard about us.
2 - Family Name - Last name of family (or last name of
students being enrolled). Completing this 1 field will
automatically fill in last name fields below.
3 - Type - What relationship are you to the student(s) you are
about to enroll...ie., are you enrolling JUST yourself (then use
"self"), or are you the mother, father, etc...
4 - eMail - please use a valid email since a confirmation
email will be sent there to complete the registration process.
It is also the email address you use to login for future
account editing.
Red Circle areas:
1 - Contact 1 - Only need to enter information for 1 contact (if
you are in a hurry). Can complete more of this information at
a later time if you would like.
2 - Address Info - please enter your basic address info,
remembering to include your zip code and home phone
number.

Student #1 fields:
First Name
Gender
Birthdate
email
Classes area:
Here, you click on "Search Classes" to IMMEDIATELY find classes
you would like to sign yourself (or your children) up to.
Note that you have 5 classes that you can sign up for at this time
(for this 1 student).

As you scroll, you will see our policies and procedures
listed. It is important that read and understand each before
clicking on the boxes next to each statement...
"I've read the above and agree."

The example window at left shows key decisions or fields to
complete in red...
first red circle:
asks you to choose your desired payment method for
enrolling your student (or yourself) - ie, will you be paying
class fees using a credit card, or using a bank draft?
2 horizontal arrows:
1 - Credit Card Verification: complete this if you want to use
your credit card to pay for your classes. (the 2nd red circle
indicates the necessary information to complete if choosing
this payment option.)
2 - eCheck / Bank Draft: complete this if you would rather use
this method to pay for your classes.
bottom red arrow:
once all the registration information has been completed,
click this button to submit your info. (A confirmation email
will be sent to the email address you provided above.)
For the different Dance Departments view of classes, please go to the appropriate Dance Department to sign up for classes.

Young Adult Dance
Adult Dance
(Ages7 - 11)
(Ages 11 - 18)
(Ages 18 +)
(Ages 2 -6)
Children's Dance
Please keep in mind that the ages are truly guidelines –
we actually place students in levels based on skill first,
and then age as a distant, secondary consideration.
